We work hard to provide quality, high-performing products. So, if you change your mind or your order isn't quite right for some reason, please let us know - we're here to help.
RETURNS
You may return your VIP Pad within 14 days of the shipping date. Please login to your account to start the return process or contact us. Once we receive the original item(s) in like-new condition with the packaging, we will issue a refund for the product price (less shipping) to the original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied by Achieve Equine for it to appear on your credit card statement.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different VIP Pad size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your VIP Pad(s). Once we receive the original item(s) in like-new condition with the packaging, we will ship the replacement item(s).
We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly through vip-equestrian-na.com. If you purchased your VIP(s) from a retailer, please contact them directly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you've received a damaged or defective product, we want to hear about it! Please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to issue a product replacement.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring that we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please confirm your color selection, quantity and address are correct before submitting your order. We do our best to process and ship orders same business day (Monday through Friday) if placed by 2 p.m. CST.
Orders shipping via UPS Ground generally take 3-5 business days to arrive.
International Purchases
At this time, we process and ship orders to locations in the United States and Canada through vip-equestrian.na.com. For customers located Mexico, please reach out to use directly and we will work with you to process your order. We plan to expand service through our website to Mexico in the near future. Please contact VIP Equestrian to find International retailers near you.
Order Status
You can easily check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on Order Status. You will also receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number, once your order has shipped. We ship all orders from Minnesota, and depending on your location, your order is estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days. Please call us at 763-972-9056 if you have any questions.
Items Out of Stock
We get disappointed when items are out of stock, too! Please contact us if you'd like us to send you an e-mail when the item comes back in stock. We will only e-mail you once and we can't reserve items. So, if you receive an e-mail notification that something is back, act quickly if you want to purchase before it sells out again.
